Challenge: 
The customer required a 1.5mm aluminum sheet metal enclosure with a compact internal layout. The heat dissipation slot array and USB opening needed tolerances of ±0.05mm, while maintaining a burr‑free surface.

Solution: 
We used laser cutting + precision bending, designing custom fixtures to reduce springback. All bending sequences and welding positions were clearly marked on the 2D engineering drawings.

Result: 
500 units delivered, with a first‑pass assembly yield of 99%. The black powder coating finish fully met the customer's standards.

Challenge:

High hygiene standards: all product-contact surfaces must be food-grade stainless steel (304/316L) and easy to disassemble for cleaning.

Precise auger feeding to achieve ±1% filling accuracy for powder density variations.

Dust‑tight sealing to prevent fine milk powder from leaking into the machine interior.

Hermetic seals (both vertical and horizontal) to keep powder dry and block moisture.

A clear‑view enclosure that allows full visibility while containing any dust.

Integration of HMI with recipe storage for different bag sizes and powder types.

Powder waste reduction – airborne dust during filling and sealing needed to be captured and reused, not just exhausted.

One complete milk powder packaging machine delivered, assembled and factory‑tested with actual powder simulant.
Filling accuracy: ±0.8% (exceeds target).
Powder recovery rate &gt; 98% – almost all airborne dust is captured and returned to the hopper, reducing raw material waste significantly.
Hermetic seals passed vacuum decay test.
